Senda Viva
Arguedas (Navarre) 2008
The Senda Viva family-oriented leisure park, located in the south of Navarre, aims to ensure that visitors have an entertaining day out in this natural setting by combining fairground attractions, animals and shows.
In 2003, after its first season in operation, the park failed to meet its target with regard to the number of visitors, and also visitor satisfaction. As a result, a contract was signed with Iturralde y Sagüés Ingenieros to perform delegated management services, with the responsibility for directing the park and proposing improvement measures to correct the shortcomings detected.
Iturralde y Sagüés Ingenieros was the delegated manager of the Park from 2004 to 2008, during which period the company managed to increase the number of visitors from 70,000 to 170,000 and also projected and directed the work carried out at the park.
