Design of the plant, factory production process and product of the prefabricated building production plant: hotels, schools and homes.
Due to the requirements of Spain's Building Technical Code (CTE), the prefabricated building floors, ceiling and exterior walls need to be of concrete, in order to comply with acoustic requirements.
The plant comprises 7,700 m2 of constructed space, with a building for the construction of concrete floors and panels and two buildings for the production of 250 to 450 m2 of buildings a day, and a further building for packing and shipping control.
