IEM (Integración de Estructuras Metálicas) is a company which belongs to the ISN Group, given over to the machining, welding, painting and preassembly of assemblies for the automobile, wind power and private label sectors.

The factory came into being following the split of a multinational into several business ventures. In 2003, Iturralde y Sagüés Ingenieros planned and directed the building work involved in separating the infrastructures, remodelling the offices and organising the production lines.

From 2003 to 2005, it held the management contract for the company, taking over the running of the firm and introducing improvements to overcome shortcomings detected. Over that period, it also developed technical advice services for the establishment of several industrial processes at the factory.
