Horno Artesano is a company belonging to the Berlys group which makes, develops and distributes traditionally-made bread and confectionary for Integral catering services, Delicatessens and Hampers.
The Iturralde y Sagüés project consisted of adapting a pre-existing 1,000 m2 industrial building for industrial kitchen work for the catering service the company provides.
The chief difficulty lay in integrating the installations with the process design. Special attention was paid to hygiene and sanitation in the design of the finishes and concealing all the service supplies.
